Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.
We then immediately verify product availability with our suppliers:
- If the item is in stock, we process your payment and begin fulfillment.
- If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we void the authorization and notify you by email.
Order Processing and Shipment
If your item is in stock and payment is processed, it will typically ship within five business days from the order date.
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact our support team at support@lumendistrict.com.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the continental United States.
Some products may also be eligible for delivery to Canada. If your Canadian shipping address is accepted at checkout, the item is eligible for international delivery.
Shipping Options
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Curbside Delivery (Free): Standard shipping with delivery to your curb or driveway. Arrival within 5–15 business days.
- Threshold Delivery (Optional): Delivery to your porch, garage, or a covered area.
- White Glove Delivery (Optional): Delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly (if applicable), and removal of packaging materials.
Optional delivery upgrades are available at checkout depending on your item and location.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate address change requests. Please contact us promptly at support@lumendistrict.com.
If the item has already shipped, additional carrier fees may apply for address changes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, and we will inform you of any applicable costs prior to making changes.
Shipping Delays and Cancellations
All shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
While we work closely with our suppliers and shipping partners to meet estimated delivery dates, delays can occasionally occur due to supply chain disruptions, weather, or freight issues.
